Building cohesion within the firm is highly valued by Coleman & Williams, Ltd. One of the primary ways in which the firm builds cohesion is through member participation in the many recreational activities held throughout the year.
Community of Families
The firm is broken into groups; each is called a Community of Families. Each member belongs to one of these communities. As a community, they meet once every quarter for a special event. The event could be a laidback boat ride along the Milwaukee River, a fun-filled evening at a stand up comedy show, or a simple dinner and a movie. The members organize and execute each event from start to finish.
Firm Events
In addition to the Community of Families, the firm organizes other events for the family and friends of members of Coleman & Williams, Ltd. These events include:
- Four day camping trip to Plymouth, Wisconsin
- Summer cookout
- Picnic at Lake Michigan
- Thanksgiving dinner
- Secret Santa gift exchange and holiday party
Our members also represent Coleman & Williams, Ltd. in local basketball and bowling leagues during the winter season. In the summer we hold a baseball event for members and clients at Miller Park. There, we tailgate, enjoy the Brewers game, and bet on the sausage race.
Not to forget, our firm takes special interest in celebrating member's birthdays and other special occasions (weddings, babies, and more...).
