Coleman & Williams, Ltd. is a Wisconsin corporation founded in 1990. The Firm has quickly grown from a one-man operation into a respected local firm. In addition to the auditing practice, services have been expanded to incorporate business consulting, business outsourcing, information technology and accounting.
The Firm's members have an extremely diverse background representing 11 different countries from 4 continents. Every 2 years, the Firm sponsors the "Celebration of Cultures". This is a black-tie event for members, their families, community members and clients to socialize and to taste food from around the globe.
Five other major firm-wide events are held every year in addition to many smaller activities for the purpose of building cohesion. These events and activities are all planned and executed by members of the Firm. Coleman & Williams, Ltd. takes great pride in its family atmosphere and cordial work environment.
The Firm is organized as a service corporation, where its shareholders manage the Firm as a group. New shareholders are admitted when (1) larger engagements and commitments require personnel growth and/or (2) a member demonstrates the appropriate technical proficiency, personal and financial philosophy, personality traits, and professional and administrative abilities to be considered an owner.
